Performers, dancers, theatre-makers… you are invited to the Highly Sprung rehearsal room.
Train the Highly Sprung way! Our February professional intensive is a unique opportunity to be immersed in Highly Sprung’s creative process. The day will combine low-level aerial and harness work with narrative driven and dynamic movement.
Expect a day of devising, exploring, flying, moving, and creating. Join us to invigorate and energise your own practice.
Our next Pro Intensive will be led by Highly Sprung Directors Sarah Worth and Mark Worth, and Senior Associate Artist Emily Robertson.

Who is it for?
This workshop is 18+, open to professional performers and dancers, who are looking to up-skill and train with our signature approach.
Access and Booking
The Pro Intensive is on Tuesday 27th February 2024 10am – 4pm, and costs £60 per person.
To book, add this session to your basket and checkout. Once you have booked, you’ll receive a Google Form – please fill this out so we have a bit more info on your experience, to ensure the content can be tailored to the needs of each individual.
The session is at the Daimler Powerhouse, Coventry, in the upstairs rehearsal space. The space is accessible via stairs or a lift. There are gender neutral toilets on site. For more info on how to find us, visit our contact page.
