Marking the 400th anniversary of the death of William Shakespeare, BBC Coventry & Warwickshire put Coventry residents centre-stage to celebrate the Midlands’ most famous son.

Romeo and Juliet was reimagined and performed by Coventry residents in Broadgate, Coventry as part of the BBC’s Shakespeare Street project.

Using our unique approach to physical storytelling, Highly Sprung choreographed a dynamic performance using a community cast of all ages, abilities and backgrounds.
