Curious about flying? Seen a Highly Sprung show and wondered what it feels like to be up there? If our professional intensives feel a little out of reach, this is the perfect place to start!

This beginner-friendly aerial intensive is a safe, supportive space designed especially for those new to harness work. No experience needed, just a willingness to try something new, move your body, and have fun.

Join for a full day of exploration, creativity, and flight. You’ll learn the foundations of aerial technique, try out different harnesses, and experience Highly Sprung’s unique choreographic style. Along the way, you’ll build confidence, discover new skills, and maybe even surprise yourself.

Expect a welcoming, playful atmosphere where you can experiment, create, and enjoy the freedom of movement in the air.

Who is it for?

Highly Sprung's Beginners workshop is for 18+. It is designed for people who have little to no experience of aerial arts and would like to give it a go.

Access: 

Once you have booked, you’ll receive a Google Form. Please fill this out so that we know more about your experience, and can ensure the content is tailored to the needs of each attendee.

All sessions are at the Daimler Powerhouse, Coventry, in the upstairs rehearsal space. The space is accessible via stairs or a lift. There are gender neutral toilets on site. For more info on how to find us, visit our contact page.
