Ever wanted to learn to fly? Aged 13 – 18?
Highly Sprung are experts at getting people to FLY, and you can be a part of it! Come and join us at our Youth Aerial Workshops on 28th August – learn new skills, try harness work, learn Highly Sprung choreography and have fun!
Throughout the day you will learn aerial dance techniques, explore the possibilities of movement different harnesses, play and create! Expect a welcoming and playful vibe in a supportive space.
Highly Sprung artists are fully trained and DBS checked, and can support you if you have any accessibility needs, just get in touch

Once you have booked, you’ll receive a Google Form. Please fill this out so that we know more about your experience, and can ensure the content is tailored to the needs of each attendee.
All sessions are at the Daimler Powerhouse, Coventry, in the upstairs rehearsal space. The space is accessible via stairs or a lift. There are gender neutral toilets on site. For more info on how to find us, visit our contact page.
